Pan-fried pork chops
These chops are very simple to make and go really well with potato dauphinoise
Ingredients
- 20 g unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp sage
- ½ onion, sliced
- 4 pork chops
Instructions
- In a large non-stick frying pan, on a medium heat add the unsalted butter and oil, when the butter has melted add the onions, sage and pork chops.
- Cook for around 5mins on each side, or until cooked through and then serve along side some potato dauphinoise, broccoli and gravy.
