Hi, I’m Lisa at Kitchen Flavours

Food has a special ability to bring people together, which is why I love cooking for my family and friends. I’ve been cooking and baking for a long time, but that doesn’t mean you need years of experience to follow my recipes. They’re easy to follow, and as a working mum myself, most of them can be made even after a busy day at work.

My inspiration often comes from chefs because—if I’m being completely honest—I’m not the type to open a cupboard and magically pull a meal together. I tend to follow recipes and adapt them to suit my family’s needs… especially as they can be very fussy.

Here you’ll find everything from breakfast and lunch to dinners and snacks, all tried, tested and cooked over and over again..
