Cheesy spinach bake
Jump to Recipe
There’s something wonderfully cosy about a cheesy spinach bake, with its soft, wilted spinach tucked beneath a rich, bubbling layer of melted cheese. It’s the kind of dish that feels indulgent yet incredibly easy to pull together, turning a bag of spinach into a creamy, comforting bake that works for busy weeknights or relaxed weekend meals.
The spinach becomes tender and flavourful in the oven, soaking up the cheesy sauce, while the top turns golden and irresistible.
