Sticky paprika chicken
Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts, no skin
- 4 tbsp runny honey
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180ºc / Gas 4. Grease a baking tray and set aside.
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Dip each chicken piece into the sauce and cover all over.
- Place the chicken pieces on the baking tray and cook in the oven for approx 25mins, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve along side some chips or rice and salad.
