Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts, no skin
  • 4 tbsp runny honey
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºc / Gas 4.  Grease a baking tray and set aside.
  • Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together.  Dip each chicken piece into the sauce and cover all over.
  • Place the chicken pieces on the baking tray and cook in the oven for approx 25mins, until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Serve along side some chips or rice and salad.
