Ingredients

  • 350 g beef sizzler steaks (thin steaks)
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 small garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 4 brioche buns
  • mayonnaise
  • lettuce, shredded
  • tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • Red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Heat a non-stick pan or george foreman and cook the steaks for 1-2 mins on each side (depending on how you like your steak, but not too long otherwise they will be very chewy) and then set aside and cover with foil for a few mins to rest.
  • In the mean time, heat your buns under a grill until lightly toasted.
  • Slice the steak into strips and place on the buns, add salad and mayonnaise and serve immediately alongside some chips, wedges or onion rings.
