Rice Krispies Christmas puddings

These Rice Krispies Christmas puddings are a fun, no‑bake festive treat that always brings a smile. Made with melted chocolate, marshmallows, and plenty of crunchy Rice Krispies, they’re shaped into mini Christmas puddings and finished with a simple white chocolate “icing” and holly decoration.

They look wonderfully festive, are surprisingly quick to make, and are perfect for parties, gifting, or getting little helpers involved in the kitchen. Sweet, chocolatey, they’re the kind of treat that disappears fast.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g milk chocolate
  • 100 g rice krispies
  • 150g white chocolate
  • holly toppers

Instructions
 

  • Melt the milk chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering hot water. Stir occasionally to stop it sticking to the bottom.
  • Allow to cool a little then pour in the rice krispies and stir gently so that all the krispies are covered in chocolate.
  • Spoon a tablespoon into mini cake cases and refrigerate.
  • Melt the white chocolate over a pan of simmering water, allow to cool slightly then then drizzle a little over each rice krispies cake.
  • Decorate with cake decorations. Allow to cool and then eat…….
