Rice krispies christmas puddings
Ingredients
- 200 g milk chocolate
- 100 g rice krispies
- 150g white chocolate
- holly toppers
Instructions
- Melt the milk chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering hot water. Stir occasionally to stop it sticking to the bottom.
- Allow to cool a little then pour in the rice krispies and stir gently so that all the krispies are covered in chocolate.
- Spoon a tablespoon into mini cake cases and refrigerate.
- Melt the white chocolate over a pan of simmering water, allow to cool slightly then then drizzle a little over each rice krispies cake.
- Decorate with cake decorations. Allow to cool and then eat.......
