Pan-fried pork chops

These chops are very simple to make and go really well with potato dauphinoise

Ingredients
  

  • 20 g unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp sage
  • ½ onion, sliced
  • 4 pork chops

Instructions
 

  • In a large non-stick frying pan, on a medium heat add the unsalted butter and oil, when the butter has melted add the onions, sage and pork chops.
  • Cook for around 5mins on each side, or until cooked through and then serve along side some potato dauphinoise, broccoli and gravy.
