Pan-fried pork chops
These chops are very simple to make and go really well with potato dauphinoise
- 20 g unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp sage
- ½ onion, sliced
- 4 pork chops
In a large non-stick frying pan, on a medium heat add the unsalted butter and oil, when the butter has melted add the onions, sage and pork chops.
Cook for around 5mins on each side, or until cooked through and then serve along side some potato dauphinoise, broccoli and gravy.
