Extra creamy horseradish

This is so simple, with just 3 ingredients you have an extra creamy horseradish sauce which tastes amazing.

What does this sauce go well with?

This is perfect alongside your roast beef. I also like putting this in a sandwich for lunch with a few slices of beef and rocket.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 tbsp creme fraiche I use 0% fat but you can use full fat
  • 2 tbsp jarred horseradish
  • juice of half a lemon

Instructions
 

  • Mix all 3 ingredients together and stir together.  Keep refrigerated until your ready to use.
