Extra creamy horseradish

Ingredients
  

  • 5 tbsp creme fraiche I use 0% fat but you can use full fat
  • 2 tbsp jarred horseradish
  • juice of half a lemon

Instructions
 

  • Mix all 3 ingredients together and stir together.  Keep refrigerated until your ready to use.
