Tuna crunch melt
This grilled tuna melt is filled with tuna, crunchy peppers, onions and cheese mixed with mayo and warmed up in the grilled makes a perfect for lunch.
Tuna crunch melt
Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
- 160 g tuna in olive oil
- 1½ tbsp mayonnaise
- ¼ red pepper, finely chopped
- ¼ small onion, finely chopped
- 40 g grated cheddar
- pinch of pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the grill and toast the slices of bread on one side.
- In a bowl add the tuna, mayo, red pepper, onion, half of the cheddar and pepper and mix together.
- Spread evenly over the toast and top with remaining cheddar.
- Grill for a few mins until the cheese has melted and serve immediately.
