Roasted carrots
Ingredients
- 6 carrots, peeled and sliced in half
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- large pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 180°c / gas 4.
- Preheat the oven to 180℃, add the oil to the tray and place in the oven to preheat.
- In the meantime, Par boil the carrots in salted water for around 15mins, then drain.
- Place the carrots on a baking tray, toss in the oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Roast for 45mins, turning halfway through to prevent burning
- Serve immediately.
