Serving Suggestions for a BBQ Beef Brisket Burger
- Sweet Potato Mash or Fries The natural sweetness pairs beautifully with BBQ flavours.
- Crispy Fries or Chunky Chips A classic pairing. Skinny fries, chunky chips, or sweet potato fries all work brilliantly with smoky brisket.
- Coleslaw (Creamy or Tangy) Adds crunch and freshness. A vinegar‑based slaw cuts through the richness beautifully, while a creamy slaw makes it extra indulgent.
- Corn on the Cob Charred on the grill with butter, salt, and a sprinkle of paprika or chilli. Sweet, smoky, and perfect with brisket.
- BBQ Baked Beans Sweet, smoky, and hearty — a proper American‑style side that works every time.
- Pickles or Pickled Red Onions Sharp, tangy, and essential for cutting through the richness of the brisket.
- Macaroni Cheese If you want a full comfort‑food feast, a scoop of mac and cheese on the side (or even inside the burger) is unbeatable.
- Potato Wedges Crispy, seasoned, and great for dipping into extra BBQ sauce.
- Grilled Halloumi Adds a salty, chewy contrast — especially good if you’re serving the burgers at a BBQ.
- Simple Green Salad Mixed leaves with lemon and olive oil. Light, fresh, and a nice balance to the smoky meat.
- Onion Rings Crispy, golden, and perfect for a proper diner‑style plate.
- Roasted or Grilled Vegetables Peppers, courgettes, mushrooms, and onions add colour and sweetness.
