Ingredients
- 4 croissants
- 8 slices of cheddar cheese (depending on how cheesy you want your croissant)
- 8 slices of plum tomatoes
- salt and pepper to season
Instructions
- Carefully slice each croissant in half lengthwise, but not all the way through.
- Place 2 slices of cheese and tomatoes in the bottom of each croissant.
- Close each croissant and place in the air fryer. Its best to space them apart to allow for the air to circulate.
- Cook on 200℃ for 3mins, then carefully turn each one over and cook again for another 3mins.
- Carefully remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
