Ingredients

porridge oats

ml
almond milk

flavoured yoghurt

tbsp
maple syrup
Toppings
handful of fruit scattered on top (fresh or frozen - see top tip)
nuts and seeds
Instructions
In an airtight container, add the oats, milk, yogurt and syrup together and stir until all combined.
Place in the fridge overnight.
When ready to serve, give your oats a good stir and tip half into a bowl and top with your fruit.
Top tip:
You can use frozen fruit, I tend to take a handful out the night before so it's defrosted in time as you don't want to be biting into frozen fruit.
