Ingredients

onion, halved, thinly sliced
¼
white cabbage, thinly sliced and separated
(removed the core)

carrots, peeled and crated

red cabbage, thinly sliced and separated
(removed the core)

light mayonnaise

ml
natural yogurt
pinch of black pepper
dash white wine vinegar ( this will take the strong raw onion flavour away)
Instructions
All the the vegetables into a large mixing bowl and add a dash of white wine vinegar.
Add the mayonnaise, yoghurt and black pepper. Mix everything together and place in the fridge utnil your ready to use.
