Preheat the oven to 180c. Lightly grease 2 baking sheets with oil. Mix together the cheese, oregano, basil and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
Beat the egg and set aside.
Make up the dough according to the packet instructions (no need to let it rise). Add the cheese and herbs and knead together. Roll out into a 1cm thick square and cut into strips.
Twist them to form breadsticks. Brush the twists with egg. Put on the baking sheets and bake for 15-20mins or until golden brown.
