Herb yoghurt

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Greek yoghurt
  • 1 small handful fresh mint finely chopped
  • 1 small handful fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove grated
  • season with salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, add yoghurt with mint, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Refridgerate until your ready to use.
