Preheat the oven to 180°c / gas 4. Grease a tin and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add all the cake ingredients and with an electrix mixer, mix all the ingredients until smooth.
Spoon the mixture into the tin and level the top. Bake in the oven for 20-25 mints until the cake is bounces bake when gently pressed in the middle.
Leave to cool for 5 mins, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
For the icing, beat the butter until smooth, then gradually add the icing sugar and milk, beat together until smooth.
Swirl the icing all over the cake, cut into slices and top with sliced strawberries.
